We advise all clients to read through the salon policy along with our terms and conditions before making a booking.
This is put in place to ensure the maximum standards and best Service are offered to the client.
When booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following.
• All clients are asked To fill out a consultation form and medical history form upon arrival. All information provided will be treated as confidential.
• We are unable to treat anyone who is medically unfit for treatment.
• You will be asked to provide ID.
• Due to the nature of our treatments, we unfortunately cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to accompany you to your appointment.
• When booking an appointment via the pretty woman website you will be asked to enter your bank details. Should you need to cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice your card will be charged 25% of your treatment price.
• Should you not show to your appointment without any notice, the card registered will be charged 100% of your treatment price.
• Failure to pay any cancellation fees will result in you being unable to book with us again.
